Warmly welcome to learn Soul Journey Qigong 3- The Initiation of the Navel, to the healing tones from gongs and crystal instruments. This is a deeply balancing qigong method that helps you access full connection with and balance between the different parts of you: the creative, intuitive, soft and caring part and the part of you that is structured, decisive, firm, and that takes out the direction.
Through series of soft, slow and powerful movements combined with a specific concentration and sometimes with pressure on certain acupuncture/acupressure points, you open up light portals in your body and take in energy frequencies from the stars that can help you heal your body and soul, take in information and move forward here on earth with a clear direction.
The tones from Bjørn’s playing on gongs and crystal instruments strengthen and deepen the effect of the qigong. They transmit the energy frequencies from the stars. The tones help you open up, clear away energetic blockings that hold you back from living fully as you and start realizing your dreams.

Like Soul Journey Qigong 1 and 2, Soul Journey Qigong 3 is a blend of ancient shamanic wisdom (mainly from the Q'ero Shamans in the Andes, descendants of the Incas), many thousand years old eastern philosophy and Traditional Chinese Medicine. The method has sprung out of Maria´s intuition to be shared with you through the deeply healing tones from Bjørn's playing on gongs and crystal instruments.
When you attend a course in Soul Journey Qigong 3 – The Initation of the Navel, you get a video recording of the method with you home, made at one of the power places here in Fetsund, a 70 meters deep lake called Varsjøen. The qigong movements in the video are accompanied by Bjørn's healing tones from gongs and crystal instruments and Maria’s spoken instructions. The idea is for you to be able to continue practicing the method on your own at home.

Warmly welcome to join us either at Løken Gård or online, live, to share an evening of deep stillness and healing of yourself and the earth. An evening when you let go of energies that hold you back and let yourself be filled with the original light of love - Munay.
Together we will practice Soul Journey Qigong 1 - The Initiation of the Heart to the healing tones of gongs and crystal instruments. This will be followed by a guided Gong Meditation when you can let yourself journey with the deeply balancing tones and vibrations from gongs, crystal singing bowls and crystal pyramids.
No previous expericence with qigong or meditation is needed!
What is qigong? "Qi" means "life energy" and "gong" means "method". Qigong originates from China and can be described as a meditation in movement. For thousands of years it has been practiced by the Chinese to create balance between body, mind and soul and thereby stay in good health. There are numerous different kinds of qigong. Soul Journey Qi Gong is a unique form created by Maria Løken - a blend of old eastern philosophy, Traditional Chinese Medicine and ancient shamanic wisdom. It consists of series of soft, slow, beautiful, simple and powerful movements made with a specific concentration for each movement.
By practicing Soul Journey Qi Gong you stimulate the circulation of "qi", blood and lymph in your body. You fill every cell in your body with fresh oxygen and you stimulate all your inner organs.
On a soul level, practicing Soul Journey Qigong can help you open up your heart and feel the oneness with nature and the universe. Feel the oneness with every part of creation. You can find your own light, your unique vibration of the original source of love.
The effect of the qigong practice is deepened and strengthened by the healing tones from gongs and crystal instruments played by Bjørn.
The qigong session will be followed by a deeply healing Gong Meditation during which you can let go of heavy energies that do not serve you anymore and bring in the original light of love from heaven and earth. The tones and frequences enter on cellular level in your body, help you open up and release blockings and tensions.

"Flying With the Eagle" is part four of The Circle of Light but it also works as a separate workshop so you are warmly welcome to join us if you feel the calling! In this workshop we step into the East in the medicine wheel. During these days you will experience death in order to be reborn. And you will deepen your connection with the archetype of the East - the Eagle. You will throw yourself out of the nest and let your wings carry you - fly as the Eagle, wing to wing with Spirit! This can be the beginning of a new way for you to live your life here on earth - to begin to listen when Spirit calls you and follow the energy flow. And to call on Spirit and experience the support and guidance you will get.
We will also have a close look at projections, both the ones we send out and the ones others send upon us. We will go to the root of the projections and dissolve them so that you neither project your wounds on others, nor get overrun by the projections that others send upon you.
Moreover we will work with discovering back doors that we have, excuses for not living the life that we really want to live, and we will close those doors.
During these days we will also give you the second of the three big energy transmissions of the Q'ero Shamans - the Initiation of the Third Eye - through a guided Gong and Crystal Sound Meditation and through Soul Journey Qi Gong 2 to the tones of gongs and crystal instruments.
We will deepen our relationship with the seven archetypes and with Mother/Father Earth.
Our days together contain many guided Gong and Crystal Sound Meditations, Qi Gong initiations, talking, sharings, energy work exercises, energy work outdoors in the beautiful nature around Løken Gård, fire ceremonies etc. We follow the energy processes in the group and what comes to us from the world and the universe so we can never say beforehand exactly what will come up in each workshop but we have a basic structure for each one.
We will give you tools to bring home for you to work with to continue your own magical journey to get to know every part of yourself, nature and the universe.

Learn to/deepen your ability to use the gong as an instrument for healing!
The gong is a powerful instrument that has been used for many thousands of years to heal a number of illnesses in people and animals. The frequencies you can get out of a good gong are very complex and affect us on a cellular level. When the body is out of balance, perhaps due to physical or psychological ailments, the frequency of every cell is changed. With the help of the gong you can balance a body that is unbalanced and restore the optimal frequency of the cells.
In my gong courses you learn about/deepen your knowledge of different playing techniques. It is essential to be able to master strokes, dynamics and rhythmics in order to bring out all the qualities of the gong. You learn to/expand your ability to use musical effects in the gong playing in order to affect body and mind so that the body actually understands if it is out of balance. This will also affect the soul and eventually heal the wounds inflicted on the soul.
Moreover I talk about and show how to combine different kinds of gongs and how to combine the gong(s) with crystal instruments. I also talk about and illustrate briefly with my wife Maria how you can use the Gong in Yoga or Qi Gong exercises and other forms for movement therapy.
For whom are the gong courses suitable? The gong courses are suitable for both beginners and for those who have played for some time, even for those who have a long experience in playing the gongs. The point of the courses is to give inspiration and to expand both repertoire of strokes and ways of thinking when it comes to what a gong is and how it can be used most efficiently and constructively. You will learn about different types of frequencies you can create to get a wider perspepctive of the possibility of healing with the gong through your intuitive playing.
