By practicing this qigong method you can access full connection with and balance between the different parts of you: the creative, intuitive, soft and caring part and the part of you that is structured, decisive, firm, and that takes out the direction.

Like Soul Journey Qigong 1 and 2, Soul Journey Qigong 3 is a blend of ancient shamanic wisdom (mainly from the Q'ero Shamans in the Andes, descendants of the Incas), many thousand years old eastern philosophy and Traditional Chinese Medicine. The method has sprung out of Maria´s intuition to be shared with you through the deeply healing tones from Bjørn's playing on gongs and crystal instruments.

Through series of soft, slow and powerful movements combined with a specific concentration and sometimes with pressure on certain acupuncture/acupressure points, you open up light portals in your body and take in energy frequencies from the stars that can help you heal your body and soul, take in information and move forward with a clear direction. The tones from Bjørn’s playing on gongs and crystal instruments strengthen and deepen the effect of the qigong. They transmit the energy frequencies from the stars. They help you open up, clear away energetic blockings that hold you back from living fully as you and start realizing your dreams.

When you attend a course in Soul Journey Qigong 3 – The Initation of the Navel, you get a video recording of the method with you home, made at one of the power places here in Fetsund, a 70 meters deep lake called Varsjøen. The qigong movements in the video are accompanied by Bjørn's healing tones from gongs and crystal instruments and Maria’s spoken instructions. The idea is for you to be able to continue practicing the method on your own at home.

Maria also gives private lessons in Soul Journey Qi Gong 3 both at Løken Gård and online, live. In a series of sessions (5 clock hours in total divided into 2, 3 or 4 sessions according to what suits you best), you will learn the method thoroughly together with Maria. In this course the video recording is included so that it will be easy for you to continue practicing on your own at home. Investment: 3000 NOK.
