HEYO QIGONG - Heaven- Earth-You-One

Come join us for what can be a life changing experience, learning HEYO Qigong – Heaven- Earth-You-One to the healing tones from Gongs and Crystal instruments. Find your way back to your roots deep deep down in the Earth and far far out in the Universe through soft but powerful movements with a specific concentration. Remember how it feels to be one with the water, to be the wave in the ocean and the wind that makes you move towards the shore and out to the sea again. Find your way back to your own, unique light, to your strength. Open up your intuition to the magic all around you. Learn how to feel the energies surrounding you and how to direct them.

After this weekend with HEYO Qigong, you can continue practising the method at home whenever it suits you. You get a video- and sound recording in which Maria shows the whole method and gives oral instructions accompanied by the deeply healing tones from gongs and crystal instruments through Bjørn’s playing. This recording will support you at home and guide you on your way to remembering who you are, where you come from and where you are going.

HEYO Qigong was created intuitively by Maria over a period of time in connection with hers and Bjørn's Shamanic journey to The Andes in Peru in August 2025. It is a deeply harmonising and empowering Qigong method that helps you return to your natural state of being.

The method focuses on opening up your hands, your heart, your third eye and your navel for the life energy – Qi - of the universe and the earth. To feel how that energy runs through you and how you can work with the Qi to become balanced and start living a life fully connected with yourself, the earth and the universe. HEYO Qigong helps you open up, explore and develop your intuitive senses and makes you feel at home in your physical body here on earth. 

In HEYO Qigong we focus on bringing the Qi to the heart, the third eye and the navel in order to open up these three main chakras and connect them with each other so that we can start living a life in love where we follow our intuition and start manifesting our dreams - our personal dreams and our dreams for the earth and the universe. We take another step on our path of becoming Homo Luminous.

Through slow movements with a specific concentration for each movement, we work with the flow of Qi within our whole body and our energetic body. We cleanse blockings that we have in our system, both in the physical body and in the energetic body, to make the Qi flow freely in the energy meridians, in the blood and in the lymphatic system.

The hands are essential in HEYO Qigong. In this method, we open up our hands to feeling the energies of heaven and earth and to direct hese energies in order to open up all our senses – our intuitive hearing, seeing, feeling, smelling, tasting, knowing.  According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, our hands are connected to the heart, so when we open up the energy flow in our hands, we open up our connection between the heart and the hands. 

In all, the method takes around 40 minutes to practice but you can also choose to just do certain parts.

During this course, you will learn the method and practice to the deeply healing tones of Gongs and Crystal instruments that enhance the cleansing and balancing effect of the Qigong. The tones work on cellular level within your body and on a soul level in your energetic body. 

We also talk about Energy Medicine during the course. How we can help ourselves to become whole through natural, ancient methods that have been passed on from generation to generation within Traditional Chinese Medicine and Shamanic Energy Medicine from the Q'eros in the Andes in Peru (descendants of the Inkas).
