MARCH 6-9: Live, die and be reborn, Stabbursdalen lodge, Lakselv, Northern Norway
"Live, die and be reborn" is a workshop that forms part of a 1-year education, "Walking the Path of Gratitude", created by Marie Ytterman. Each workshop also works as a separate workshop so whenever you feel the calling you are welcome to step in!
Marie Ytterman describes the days like this:

Step into your becoming and live conscious. Choose in every given moment to notice projections and belief systems that are placed on you by yourself or others. Clear them and summon the frequencies that create the most empowering energy for yourself and others. Create consciousness about the backdoors you use to keep yourself from succeeding and living your dream. Embrace your spiritual path so you walk with graceful steps through death knowing that you are given a new opportunity in every moment.

Co-creators: Bjørn and Maria Løken. Bjørn shares his gifts as a shaman and musician partly by playing on gongs, crystal singing bowls and crystal pyramids. Maria shares her gifts as a shaman.

MARCH 23-24: Soul Journey Retreat at Løken Gård, Fetsund, Norway
Warmly welcome to a deeply relaxing and transforming weekend of Qi Gong and Gong meditations in beautiful surroundings at Løken Gård. A weekend when you get the possibility to let go of heavy energies and fill yourself with new life energy. A weekend when you can open up your heart to connect on a deep level with nature and the universe. A weekend of stillness in movement.
During our days together we will, among other things, practice Soul Journey Qi Gong to the healing tones of Bjørn's playing on gongs, crystal singing bowls and crystal pyramids. Soul Journey Qi Gong is a form of meditation in movement, created by Maria. It consists of four series of soft, slow, beautiful and powerful movements made with a specific concentration for each movement. The tones deepen and strengthen the effect of the qigong. They enter on cellular level in your body, cleanse you from heavy energies and fill you with new life energy.
During the weekend we will also do healing Gong meditations when you lie down comfortably and let yourself be guided on an inner journey.
During the retreat, we also share our experiences and insights into energy medicine/shamanism in different ways. We also give you an introduction to Traditional Chinese Medicine.
We offer a home cooked, nutritious, lovingly prepared lunch made of ecological vegetables to a reasonable price. For those of you who spend the night we offer breakfast with, among other things, smoothies made of ecological fruits and our own berries filled with vitamins and minerals. You can also choose to bring your own food if you wish. In the breaks we offer ecological green tea, dried fruit and seeds.
Leaders: Maria and Bjørn Løken. Maria is a shaman, the creator of Soul Journey Qi Gong and a certified instructor of Medical Qi Gong according to the Biyun method. Bjørn is a shaman, a musician, a teacher and assistant professor of percussion at the Norwegian Academy of Music in Oslo and a certified teacher of Kundalini Yoga.
